A more sophisticated version of the classic Brandy & Coke, using Cognac, and the Cola as a reduction rather than as a mixer. The drink is lifted with the bitters and given depth with Cynar.

BCC Cocktail


  • 50ml Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac
  • 1tsp Cynar Liqueur
  • 3tsp Cola Reduction
  • 1 Dash Chocolate Bitters 
  • 1 Dash Cherry Bitters
  • Garnish: Frozen Chocolate – peeled

Simmer a can of cola until the liquid has reduced by half, then leave to cool, leaving you with a cola syrup. Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice and then strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish and enjoy.
