INGREDIENTS

To celebrate Martell Cognac’s 300th anniversary, we worked with France 300 listed mixologist, Clotilde Lataille who developed the Can-Can300 cocktail to serve at an intimate dinner co-hosted by French illustrator Malika Favre, and chef Pascal Aussignac.   • 40ml Martell Cordon Bleu
  • 10ml Byrrh
  • 10ml Ipa syrup

Stir the drink over ice, and pour into a rocks glass with one big ice cube. Garnish with dry pineapple.
