Three classic French ingredients brought together in one cocktail - cognac, red wine and cassis. A sophisticated cocktail that underlines the velvet texture, woody notes and fruit quality of VS.

  • 40ml Martell VS
  • 10ml blackcurrant or blackberry liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml egg white
  • 10ml gomme
  • 25ml red wine

Shake and strain into coupette and garnish with red wine.
