Martell V.S.O.P Medaillon (Very Superior Old Pale) is a welcome guest at any gathering from a large dinner party to an intimate 'tete-a-tete'. Smooth and mellow, its fullness holds up well to ice or mixing. The label bears a gold medallion engraved with the portrait of Louis XIV, in the last year of whose reign (1715) Martell was founded.


Tasting Notes Colour : Golden amber Nose : Light grape, some wood, a touch of vanilla. Taste : Smooth and mellow. Some complexity. Dry fruit. Full with a hint of sweetness. Good length.


Suggested Ways of Drinking: Its fullness holds up well to ice or mixing. Neat or with a splash of water and/or ice. Cocktails : Martell Ginger - 2cl Martell Cognac - Ginger Ale - Ice Pour the Martell over the ice and top up with Ginger Ale. Martell Tonic - 4cl Martell Cognac - Tonic - Ice Fill a tall glass with tonic and ice and then add the Martell. Decorate with a slice of lemon. >Discover More cocktails
