  • Martell Noblige
    60 ml
  • Sugar syrup
    5 ml
  • Peychaud's bitters
    3 dashes
  • Absinthe
    5 ml

Serving tips

Choose one of the 3 aromatic flavours below to spritz over your drink. Flavours : Black pepper infusion Roasted sesame infusion Absinthe How to infuse : Add 300gr of your chosen flavour in 1/2L of vodka in a bottle. Put the bottle in boiling water for a few minutes. Let it rest for 24h or if in a rush, put it in ice or in the freezer. This same infusion recipe can be used for any flavour you wish.

Fill the rock glass with absinthe.

Put this glass to the side.

In a mixing glass, add the sugar, bitters and Martell Noblige with ice and stir.

Empty the rock glass and strain the stirred cocktail into the glass.

Spritz your chosen flavour over the drink.
