The Martell Campaign Lucky Draw

  1. The Martell Campaign (“The Campaign”) is organised by World Brands Duty Free Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales (registered number 02754745) and having its business address at Building 12 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, W4 5AN London (“Promoter”).

  2. To participate in the Campaign, you must be over 18 years of age and of legal drinking age in the country in which you are domiciled, and a resident of one of the following participating countries or city-states: Australia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore.

  3. All information detailing how to participate in the Campaign forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of participation that all terms and conditions are accepted as final and that you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By selecting “Get Started”, you will be taken to mean you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not understand any part of these terms and conditions, please consult a lawyer for clarification before accessing or using the website.

  4. The campaign shall run at the following Venues for the stated period:
    Singapore Changi Airport 1st July 2019 to 31 August 2019

  5. By participating in the Campaign, you hereby warrant that (i) all information you supply to the website is true, accurate and complete; (ii) you are over 18 years of age and of legal drinking age in the country in which you are domiciled; and (iii) you possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to use the website in accordance with all these terms and conditions.

  6. The Campaign will close at midnight on the last day stated for each Venue.

  7. Only one entry per email address is accepted.

  8. The Promoter takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for anything shared on any third party social media platforms, by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is the Promoter liable for any mistakes defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, or profanity you may encounter.

  9. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Promoter hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the website and its content.

  10. The website contains hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than the Promoter. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. The Promoter does not control such websites and are not be responsible for their content or the privacy or other practices of such websites. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that whatever links you select are free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of destructive nature.

The Prize Draw

  1. Participants in the Campaign will be given the chance to take part into a prize draw for a chance to win a trip to the Château De Chanteloup, Cognac, France.

  2. To enter the prize draw, participants must visit the Martell stand at the Venue, play the online game and sign up with their email.

  3. Participants in the prize must provide a valid email address with their entry. Entries with invalid email addresses will be removed from the prize draw. The Promoter’s handling of your Entries shall be in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  4. One Prize winner will be selected at random out of all qualifying game players complete the steps in the digital game during the campaign period.

  5. The Prize consists of a trip for two to the Château De Chanteloup, Cognac, France. This includes and is limited to: 2 return economy flight tickets between the nearest International Airport to the winner’s residence and Bordeaux Airport; two-night accommodation in Château De Chanteloup for the winner and his/her travel companion.

  6. The Prize excludes travel insurance, arrangements for visas or other travel documents, meals, spending money and any other costs incurred in the trip outside those outlined in clause 15.

  7. The trip duration will be 3 days and the dates of the trip will be selected by the winner from a list of available dates provided to them by the Promoter.

  8. The winner agrees to travel within 12 months after the Campaign closing date. Failure to select a travel date within that time period will be regarded as a forfeiture of the prize.

  9. The winner agrees to share their passport details and the details of any other travel documents required, such as visas, with Pernod Ricard and their travel agent for the purposes of booking their flights and accommodation.

  10. The Prize winner will be contacted by email at the address they provided in their Campaign entry within 4 weeks after the Campaign closing date.

  11. The winner will have two weeks to acknowledge receipt of the email and confirm acceptance of the prize in writing. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

  12. The Prize is offered as stated. The Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative to the stated Prize, will be offered. However, the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

  13. Allocation of Prize is to individual(s) only. The winner and their chosen travel companion must be over 18 years of age and of legal drinking age in their country of residence. Proof of age will be required.

  14. If the winner or their travel companion are deemed unfit to travel for medical or other reasons, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.

  15. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.

  16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Campaign, Prize and/or these Terms & Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances without notice.

  17. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that might result in an entry not being registered or delivered.

  18. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties or accidents experienced during the trip, including but not limited to personal injuries, medical emergencies, flight delays and cancellations, lost luggage or lost property and natural disasters.

  19. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

  20. Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated companies shall be liable to any Participant for any cancellation, discontinuance or delay affecting this Campaign.

  21. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this Campaign in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.

  22. The Promoter does not accept any liability for loss or damages incurred, or responsibility for any claim, as a result of acceptance of the Prize. Specific Prize arrival dates cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.

  23. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version of the Terms and any foreign language translation(s), this English version shall prevail.

  24. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and Wales and all and any questions or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
