A Martell Very Special Night at Brasserie Blanc

On Saturday 11th January, we held 2014's first Martell Very Special Nights event at Brasserie Blanc St. Paul’s. The evening began with sublime Martell cocktails, the Sidecar and Martell & Ginger which were followed by dinner hosted by Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc. To mark the occasion, ticket winners enjoyed a delicious 4 course-meal with the likes of Roast Wild Duck and a Double Baked Chesse Souffle from a specially created menu by the wonderful chefs at Brasserie Blanc. The fantastic evening concluded with a live performance from award-winning artist Katherine Jenkins, who wowed the intimate audience with a number of her favourite songs, including ‘A Nightingale sang in Berkeley Square’ and ‘Habanera’.

The evening was everything we had hoped it would be and much, much more. The venue, service, food and of course the entertainment were exceptional. Raymond was an eloquent and charming host and it was a privilege to have been part of such a magical evening.
