- 50ml Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac
- 1tsp Cynar Liqueur
- 3tsp Cola Reduction
- 1 Dash Chocolate Bitters
- 1 Dash Cherry Bitters
- Garnish: Frozen Chocolate – peeled
Simmer a can of cola until the liquid has reduced by half, then leave to cool, leaving you with a cola syrup. Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice and then strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish and enjoy.
