The Martell Cashew Dreams Cocktail is not only delicious, but also low waste. A few ingredients and some simple steps are all it takes to make this creamy Martell Cocktail.
CASHEW DREAMS COCKTAIL
- 100g cashews
- 30cl coconut cream
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of fresh grated nutmeg
- 1 date
- 4cl Martell Blue Swift
- 2cl Kahlua
To start, make sure to soak the 100g cashews in hot water. This will help soften them so you can blend them into a delicious cashew cream. Once the cashews have soaked for at least three minutes, strain them and place in a blender with 30cl coconut cream, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of grated fresh nutmeg and 1 pitted date. Blend together until thick, creamy and consistent.
Put 3 tbsp of homemade cream into a shaker with some ice, 4cl of Martell Blue Swift, 2cl of Kahlua. Shake all ingredients together vigorously until the shaker is ice cold in your hands. Pour it into a coup, top with some fresh nutmeg or cinnamon, and enjoy!
