    What you need

    Ingredients

    Cocktails for:
    1 person
    • 50 ml
      Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac
    • 20 ml
      Sweet Vermouth
    • 15 ml
      Amer Picon
    • 2 tsp
      Maraschino Liqueur
    • 1 dash
      Orange Bitters
    • Garnish: Pinch of freshly grated blood orange zest on top of ice.

    Instructions

    • 1Stir all ingredients with ice until the liquid is icy cold, and then serve over ice in a large coupette or martini glass.
    • 2Notes: Amer Picon is a bitter-sweet aperitif. It can be tricky to find but you can pick up this great ingredient at specialist spirit shops or online at The Whiskey Exchange or Amazon.
