Maison Martell is offering a brand-new visitor experience at its historic site in Cognac. Visitors can map out their personal journey of discovery according to their own interests and inclinations. Whatever theme they choose (Heritage, Savoir-Faire or Part des Anges), they explore the world of Maison Martell and its experience its essence.
Heritage: three centuries of history illustrated by the Martell House’s archives and global development since its foundation in 1715 by Jean Martell. Nine generations who have forged its philosophy and its success.
Savoir-Faire: meet the trades involved in the conception of Maison Martell cognacs. Each of these savoir-faire contributes to the renown of Martell cognacs worldwide. Expertise, excellence, passion.
Part des Anges: an interactive experience around the senses to discover cognac in a different way. A sensory, playful and interactive approach. An original exploration of Martell cognacs.
Guided tour followed by a tasting of Martell cognac.
Duration: approximately 1h30. From November 2 to March 31, 2:30 p.m. in English and 4 p.m. in French.

After your Martell The Journey experience, why not explore the Chai Création, a unique cellar presenting the House's very old eaux-de-vie? As part of this fascinating historical visit, you will have the opportunity to bottle one of Maison Martell's cognacs. This insight into the House's savoir-faire culminates in a tasting of two Martell cognacs, one neat, the other in a cocktail, to reveal the different flavours.

After your Martell The Journey tour, Experience the Martell style with a focus on the Borderies, its famous vintage of choice. From wine to cellar, alembic still to carafe, discover the incredible history and tremendous know-how of the oldest of the great cognac houses. End your tour with a tasting session and go home with a personalized bottle of Réserve Borderies.

Indigo by Martell
On the top floor of the Fondation d’Entreprise Martell, this vast terrace offers a welcoming ambiance and spectacular views over Cognac, from the historic centre to the banks of the Charente river.
The Indigo by Martell bar serves a creative cocktail menu – from mixology classics to revisited recipes – and the complete collection of Martell cognacs.
Indigo By Martell bar is currently closed and will re open in the Spring 2020.

The boutique will be open on the 23rd and 24th December and closed on the 25th December to the 2nd of January.
From April to November: Boutique and visits open every day from 10am to 7pm.
