- 35ml Martell VS Cognac
- 20ml Brown Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 2tsp Poire William
- 2tsp Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 Dash Rhubarb Bitters (Fee Brothers)
- Garnish: Pear Slices, Julienne Rhubarb, Raspberries and Lemon Zest
Add all but the Prosecco into a wine glass with a couple of slices of pear, a couple of raspberries and juliennes of rhubarb and lemon zest. Half fill with cube ice and stir to mix. Top with Prosecco and mix further to marry all the flavours.
For the autumn months, switch the flavours to blackberries and star anise for a warming autumnal flavour.
