- 50ml Martell XO Cognac
- 10ml Lillet Blanc
- 5ml Poire liqueur
- 2tsp Agave syrup
- 1 Dash Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel bitters
- 1 Dash Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters
- 1 Dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice and once the liquid is icy cold transfer to a glass and enjoy.

Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice and once the liquid is icy cold transfer to a small carafe. Carefully burn a spot on the barrel wood coaster until a small flame appears then place the rocks glass upside down over the flame to starve it of oxygen to extinguish it. This will coat the inside of the glass with smoke.
Leave for a few seconds and as the smoke escapes, turn the glass back over and pour the cocktail into the glass.
Note: We know Cognac barrels are hard to come by, but you can use any untreated oak coasters to get the same effect.
