    What you need

    Ingredients

    Cocktails for:
    1 person
    • 1.5 parts
      Martell Blue Swift
    • 1.5 parts
      Bio lemonade (9% sugar)
    • 1 part
      Pomegranate syrup
    • 1 part
      Organic pomegranate juice, preferably unfiltered (for pomegranate syrup)
    • 1 part
      Sugar syrup, equal parts water and sugar (for pomegranate syrup)
    • 0.5 part
      Orange juice
    • 1 dash
      Lemon or lime juice
    • 3 dashes
      Classic Angostura bitters (or Suze aromatic bitters)
    • 1 slices
      Orange (3/5mm thick) / Lemon (3/5mm thick) / Lime (3/5mm thick)
    • 3 slices
      Cucumber (3/5mm thick)
    • 6 leaves
      Mint

    Instructions

    • 1For pomegranate syrup: Put the pomegranate juice, sugar and water, in a saucepan over low heat, stir. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
    • 2Put the pomegranate syrup, orange juice, lemon juice, Martell Blue Swift, and bitters in a glass filled with ice cubes and stir with a barspoon.
    • 3Add the lemonade, fruit slices and mint, and stir one last time.
    • 4Taste

    Serving tips

    Serve in a long drink glass.
