1 shaker, 1 strainer, 1 jigger, Ice cubes
Serve in a long glass filled with ice.
To prepare the syrup, put 200gr of red fruits, 100gr of peeled beetroot, and 150gr of sugar into a saucepan and gently heat in a bain marie for 45-60 minutes.
(Optional) Crush the coffee grain into the shaker.
Add all ingredients, except for the cider/soda into the shaker, and shake.
Using a fine strainer, strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with cider/soda.
Garnish with sage leaves and red fruits.
