In Martell Extraits, our master blender has carefully blended cognac with natural flower extracts to reveal the elegance and boldness of a Martell cognac with the delicacy of floral extracts.

The result is a balanced liqueur, expressing subtle and complex aromas of white flowers, fresh white fruits, and the mellow notes of cognac.

To the eye 

An elegant radiant and brilliant golden color.

On the nose

The nose, at once expressive, sweet and generous, starts with the mellowness of acacia honey, then evolves gently to reveal an ideal balance between honeyed notes mixed with candied orange peel, a hint of vanilla and some delicate floral aromas such as orange blossom.

In the mouth

On the palate, the attack is ample and full-bodied, carried along by the fine-spice freshness of cinnamon or ginger. As the tasting progresses, subtle floral notes of hyacinths and wild crocus emerge, alternating and fusing wonderfully to culminate in a beautifully balanced and lengthy finish.

4cl Martell Extraits
1.5cl lemon juice
Fresh ginger beer
Garnish : grapefruit slice

  • LA PALME D'OR 

2.5cl single malt
2.5cl Martell Extraits
1.5cl honey
2cl lemon juice
1 slide of ginger
Garnish : maraschino cherry

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake about 20 sec. Strain into a champagne glass.

3cl Martell Extraits
4cl gin
2 drops of orange bitters
Garnish : olive

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3cl Martell Extraits
1cl rum
1cl simple syrup
6 mint leaves
2cl lemon juice
Champagne

Lightly muddle mint in base of shaker. Add all ingredients except champagne, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Top with champagne.
