Bar tools 1 shaker, 1 strainer, 1 jigger
For the syrup: 1 pan, 1 spoon, weighing scales, 1 sieve
Serve in a long drink glass.
Important: all final preparations must be measured with a jigger before being added to the cocktail.
Put the water and rosemary in a saucepan over low heat, bring to a simmer, set aside 1 hour, then filter. Add sugar little by little and stir until completely dissolved.
Put the rosemary syrup, lemon juice (or Amaro Ramazzotti if you wish), fresh orange juice and cognac in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes, filtering through the strainer.
Garnish with an orange quarter and sprig of rosemary.
