Cognac With Coffee

    What you need

    Ingredients

    Cocktails for:
    1 person
    • 30 ml
      Martell VS
    • 30 ml
      Coconut sweet cream
    • 30 gr
      Coconut cream
    • 10 gr
      Sugar (for the coconut cream)
    • 30 ml
      Mango puree (for a twist)
    • 30 gr
      Mango (for puree)
    • 10 gr
      Sugar (for puree)
    • 30 ml
      Espresso coffee shot
    • 1 pinch
      Grated white and dark chocolate (garnish)

    Instructions

    • 1Important: all final preparations must be measured with a jigger before being added to the cocktail.
    • 2 If using Mango puree, put a peeled and pitted mango in a blender (30gr) with 10gr of sugar. Blend for 30 sec.
    • 3Put the cognac, coconut cream (or mango puree) and coffee in a shaker.
    • 4Shake.
    • 5Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes, filtering through the strainer.
    • 6Grate the chocolate over the froth as garnish.
    • 7Taste.

    Serving tips

    Serve in a short drink glass.
