Serve in a rocks glass.
For syrup, combine 2 parts coconut water for 1 part brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
For saline solution, combine 10 parts water for 1 part salt and stir until dissolved.
Crack the coffee grain in the bottom of the shaker with a muddler.
Pour all ingredients into the shaker and fill with icecubes.
Close the shaker and shake for around 10 seconds.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with mint sprig.
