Café Glacé by Remy

Our welcome drink takes its inspiration from the Nola classic, the café brûlot. ​

Here the spices are turned into a honey & coconut based sirup; those are blended with Martell blue swift & water to then undergo a Microcavitation cold brew process in order to extract this bespoke roast with the best texture. ​
