Maison Martell’s Château de Chanteloup is opening to the public for the very first time in order to offer an unprecedented experience in Cognac. Together, Cellar Master Christophe Valtaud and the three Michelin star Chef Alexandre Mazzia have designed an exclusive dining experience – for up to six guests only – open to the kitchen, for a unique experience where gastronomy accompanies cognac in perfect harmony.

Chef Alexandre Mazzia, deeply connected to the Cognac region, brings his culinary identity to a menu designed around Martell’s finest eaux-de-vie.
His signature smoky, spicy, and peppery notes are designed to enhance the blends selected by Cellar Master Christophe Valtaud. The menu privileges short supply chains and high-quality products from a trusted network of regional producers. The executive Chef ensures each plate reflects seasonality and a deep respect for nature.

The immersive setting, designed by Jorge Penadés, fuses modern design with the heritage of Chanteloup. To complete the experience, renowned mixologist Rémy Savage has created an exclusive welcome cocktail for guests.
