  • Lemon juice

  • Brown Sugar Syrup
    3/4 oz
  • Martell Blue Swift
    2 oz
  • Lemon twist
    1 garnish

Bar tools 1 shaker /1 strainer / 1 jigger / Ice cubes 

For the syrup 1 pan / 1 spoon / weighing scales 

Serving tips

For a classic twist, serve in a coupe glass.

Dash the Orange Bitters twice into the shaker, measure the lemon juice, the Brown Sugar Syrup and the Martell Blue Swift with a jigger, then pour in the shaker filled with ice.
