Signature Martell par Alexandre Mazzia
Signature Martell par Alexandre Mazzia
A sensory, emotional journey built around cognac and gastronomy
Maison Martell’s Château de Chanteloup is opening to the public for the very first time to offer a truly unique experience in Cognac. Together, Cellar Master Christophe Valtaud and three Michelin-star Chef Alexandre Mazzia have imagined an exclusive dining experience for up to six guests, set within the private Château de Chanteloup, its gardens and a dining room open to the kitchen.
Deeply connected to the Cognac region, Alexandre Mazzia brings his culinary identity to a menu inspired by Martell’s finest eaux-de-vie. His signature smoky, spicy and peppery notes enhance the blends selected by Christophe Valtaud, while seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local producers reflect a deep respect for nature.
The immersive setting imagined by Jorge Penadés, blends the heritage of Château de Chanteloup with a contemporary spirit. The experience begins with an exclusive cocktail created by renowned Martell’s Master Mixologist Rémy Savage, served at the Château bar or, weather permitting, on the terrace overlooking the gardens.
