Meet Ivie Ani: Martell’s New Culture Ambassador
Martell is proud to welcome Ivie Ani as its newest Culture Ambassador, continuing its commitment to celebrating the voices shaping culture, storytelling and community across the diaspora.
A Nigerian-American journalist, editor, strategist and on-air host, Ivie has built a respected career spotlighting the people, stories and ideas influencing culture today. Through her work, she has become a trusted voice known for documenting conversations with authenticity, insight and purpose.
Joining fellow Culture Ambassadors Adesope Olajide (Shoopsydoo) and Abdul Abdullah, Ivie’s appointment brings a powerful storytelling perspective to the program, reinforcing Martell’s ongoing investment in culture and the communities driving it forward.
For Ivie, the partnership is a continuation of the journey she has dedicated her career to.
“I’ve spent my career documenting culture across the diaspora, so joining Martell as a Culture Ambassador feels deeply aligned with the work I care about,” says Ivie Ani. “My passion has always been to amplify voices, celebrate stories and create space for new perspectives. I’m proud to continue that journey with Martell.”
Through this partnership, audiences can expect insightful interviews with some of the most exciting voices shaping culture today, in-depth features and cultural analysis, as well as behind-the-scenes access to key moments, events and conversations across the diaspora.
Together, Martell and Ivie Ani will continue championing the stories, creators and communities shaping culture today and inspiring the next generation.
