Overlooking the city from more than 24 meters, you will discover the cognac cocktail menu developed in collaboration with Rémy Savage, Martell Master Mixologist, named best European mixologist in 2018.
In the same way that Maison Martell has acted with pioneering audacity throughout its history, Rémy keeps on pushing boundaries and challenging the conventions of cognac mixology.
