Dorothée Contour, Jeweller

Dorothée is a jeweller and founder of JEM (Jewellery Ethically Minded), the first ethical jewellery house in France. While visiting a mine in Bolivia, she was shocked to see firsthand the harsh working conditions of the miners and their extraction methods. With JEM, Dorothée aims to bring transparency not only in the craftsmanship of her own brand, but to the jewellery industry as a whole. Martell Home Encounters is a video series celebrating audacious people in their environment through a passionate conversation with special guests.
