Jorge Jiménez is a Colombian chef and owner of La Beautiful Cocina Inusual, who is changing the game by hiring underrepresented communities in his kitchen such as those with disabilities. He hopes to bring a bit of human kindness and a mouth-watering food experience to his guests to evoke feelings of both comfort and daring exploration.
